In September the United Nations Human Rights Council will consider the publication of the investigation into war crimes by both sides in the Sri Lankan war which ended in May 2009.
The Council needs to consider what steps should be taken to ensure justice and end impunity in Sri Lanka.
This short video describes those crimes – and sets out the issues which must be considered in finding a way to ensure truth and justice for all the communities of Sri Lanka.
It is essential viewing for anyone concerned with these discussions.
