Support the Youth – Fighting for the right to earn

Join YRS(Young Revolutionaries in Solidarity) in support of Youth Fight for Jobs – a campaign to better the work opportunities
and conditions for young workers and students.

As a consequence of the pandemic, we have seen a rise in unemployment. In the wake of
this crisis, the disparity between young people ages 16 to 24 and those above 25 is stark
(ONS). Young people have been particularly affected by redundancies and unemployment.
Youth Fight for Jobs have taken matters into their own hands and want to see a difference in this situation. They work with unions to have the youth’s voice heard and ensure that youth
are given opportunities such as apprenticeships and training as well as better wages.
